The only cost you need to carry is the monthly membership fee based on the number of office products you bring in the platform. Why? Besides providing the best possible development both on desktop and mobile, we make sure that uniformity & quality is present at any of our partners' locations.

Workero aims at providing class-A spaces to its members, so the working experience should be as enjoyable as possible. To that end, we do require a minimum number of standards to be put in place:

As we need to establish a coherent Workero brand, a minimal branding standard will be required. This is limited to branding material, visuals, and some key Workero elements. Workero provides the branding material and invests with minimal branding for office spaces up to a certain size. For large size office spaces (+ 300 m²) we request an effort from our partner to ensure the branding.

Operationally wise, we request a good functioning WiFi for the Workero heroes and clean and representative offices. If you have other services to offer such as coffee, printing, copying, parking, etc... they can be set up in your personal company environment. Potential costs to meet these standards, if not already in place, are your responsibility.

Of course, the purpose for you is to be able to collect rent from the working spaces which you put in the Workero network, those are yours of course. You determine the rent for private rooms, meeting rooms and event rooms.
