The only fees you are being charged are those displayed at the end of the booking process.
In the event you would like to extend your stay, a new booking should be made. Extension of your stay can be facilitated by the host: extra services will be charged at the end of your booking with your check-out at the reception of the supplier, you first need to validate this extra charge through your mobile app to guarantee everything is in order.
Beyond the period of three months, the requirement of a deposit may be demanded by the office provider but in no way is this a mandatory condition that applies to all spaces.
