To avoid booking abuse, Workero has put in place a refund policy which entitles the Hero to either a full or partial refund of the rental amount. To understand what the refund policy is that applies to your booking, please refer to the 'refund policy' section in the booking process.

Generally speaking, a desk can be canceled free of charge up to 6 PM the day before arrival for a 1-day booking. For long term bookings of desks and or meeting space, the refund policy may vary. For private office space, the cancellation policy is decided by the office provider and depends on each partner. 

To cancel a booking, you can do it on you profile account: CANCEL BOOKING where you can see the deadline of cancelling without a penalty.
