Once you have set up the floor plans, you can start adding desks. On the right side of the floor plan, you can choose to add a desk or meeting room and just drag it onto the floor plan.

Once you have dragged the desk onto the floor plan, you will have to fill in some details like the name of the desk, a small description, and the location of the desk.

And so the last thing left for you to do is to save the desk you have added.
