Once you have set up the floor plans, you can start adding meeting rooms. On the right side of the floor plan, you can choose to add a desk or meeting room and just drag it onto the floor plan.

Once you have dragged the meeting room onto the floor plan, you will have to fill in some details like the name of the meeting room, a small description, and the location of the meeting room. It’s good to know for your employees how many seats are available in the room, how many square meters it is, and which meeting set up is applied.
