Meeting rooms can only be booked for a maximum of one day. It is set up like that to prevent that the meeting rooms will remain empty when it is booked for a duration of one week for example. You are still able to book the meeting room again once your first reservation is completed. It is also possible to book a meeting room for just a couple of hours, so other people can still book afterwards.
